Disappointed - I've heard so many good things about New
Balance sneakers. Every time I wear them I get terrible pains
in the bottom of my feel and they actually feel as if they do
not have any arch support. So I feel I wasted my money and
will never purchase New Balance again. Not the same fit as the
620's they replaced - I have worn the WX620's for several
years. They were a great fit for my 12 AAAA feet even though I
had to buy 12 AA. The 621's are definitely wider--especially
in the toe box which is considerly more voluminous. I had to
order and return several pairs of New Balance 12 AA models
before settling for the 621's. The reason was that ALL the
other models felt about 1/2 size too short and as everyone
knows, there is no such thing as a 12 1/2 shoe for women. I
purchased these to wear at the gym. They are comfortable and
give a lot of support. I have a wide foot with a high instep,
so it was nice to find a good gym shoe.
