AWSOME UGG’s - I just received my first pair of UGG’s La Jolla boots this morning and I can’t tell you how excited I was to receive these boots! They are just so adorable and so-so comfortable! I usually take a size 9 in shoes, and they didn’t have my size 9 in these, but had a 10 and I figured what the heck, the shipping is so awesome that I will take that chance of them fitting or not. They fit me perfectly, the 9 would have been too tight, plus the width is perfect for my feet, because I do wear a wide. I love this boot! The only thing I wish was that the wooly fleece on the outer part of the boot was inside also. But, I love them anyway and I am so happy that they fit and I am sure to enjoy my first pair of Ugg’s from Zappos!!! Thank you sooo much!!! A very happy customer from Prospect, CT!

First of all, these are fabulous!! Not anywhere as clunky looking as the other styles of Uggs. Nobody is going to ask me if THESE are bedroom slippers although they feel like them! Zappos-you are great! I ordered these boots last night at 6 pm and they were at my door this morning before noon and I live half way across the country. You are the bomb. Now I will be sporting my new Uggs on Christmas Eve!! Another thing is that I was very impressed with your selection. I did not find these boots anywhere else, not even on the Uggs website. I will definitely recommend your store each time I am asked where I got these BOOTS!!! Please don’t send anymore to MD, I want the only pair! A++

Great customer service!!! This is my first pair of Uggs. I read the reviews about the boots running a bit small so I ordered a bigger size. Big mistake. These boots are true to size so I needed to ship these back and go a size smaller. Your foot should not be sliding to the top of the boot. Zappos makes the exchange simple and a pleasure. The boots look great and feel wonderful. I take long walks with my dog and my feet feel great throughout the walk. I will be buying more Uggs. They are worth the money. And will be doing all my shopping at Zappos!!! What a great store.

I’ve never bought a short boot before. These are great! They don’t look too much like a boot under a pair of jeans. They are very comfortable. If I want a little extra warmth, I can wear them comfortably with a sock. This is my first pair of Uggs and they are everything great that people say! I’m in between sizes and if I had ordered a size down-as is usually advised with Uggs-they would have been too small. One more thing-I have a wide foot and these fit really well-I am so happy about that! Perfect - Love these. Laid back and stylish. Live in warm climate and waiting for the few cold days of the year. Got these because feet get cold easily and I think they would look ok on once temperature drops to at least 60 degrees (it doesn’t scream “snow boot”). I wear a 7 1/2 and ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. A great shoe/boot - Love this shoe. Very comfortable barefoot. I just slip it on and off. In general I wear a 7 1/2 shoe so I ordered the 8. It fits great. My laces stay tied and I use the loop in the back where the laces go through to pull it on. These boots wear really well. They’re winners! Love them! If only the weather would cooperate and get colder, I would wear these everyday! I love them…. cute and unbelievably comfortable. I find they are true to size. I typically wear a 6-1/2 in shoes and sandals, but I always get a 7 in boots, to allow for thicker socks. I think the color is fantastic. One of the reviews said they were green. Green?!?!? Definitely not green. They look great with blue jeans, black jeans & cords, brown jeans & cords… virtually any color pants.
