No disappointment here! Extraordinarily fast service — received fast! These run true to my size 9, and without a doubt are some of the most comfortable and cozy, yet moderately substantial shoes/boots I’ve ever owned. Unlike another pair of UGGS I have, these have a very cushy (not furry) insole. I’m extremely pleased with them. As usual, love these UGGS! I usually wear a size 7.5, so I ordered a size 8. It felt too big, so I exchanged it for a size 7 which I kept, although it was a little “snug.” I’m hoping it stretches out so I can insert your fluffy insoles as the weather gets colder. I love these boots, although in hindsight, I wish I had gotten a different color. “Cork” is a lighter shade than I prefer, but since I had also purchased the Latigo in “Shadow” color, I thought I’d try the La Jolla in “Cork.”
This is the first pair of Uggs that I have bought and I love them. I bought them mainly to wear to my son’s hockey games to keep my feet warm and comfortable. So far they have done the job. My shoe size is 8 1/2 but I ordered a size 9 in the Uggs and they fit well. Comfortable Shoe - I love this shoe! There is no “wearing in” period! The first time I put it on it felt comfortable and warm, and it has a great look! Ugg did it again, and I am so happy with this product!!!

Great Boots! The first time I wore them, there was something in the fur lining that was rubbing against my ankle and gave me a blister but luckily that went away and they are now the most comfortable boots ever. I can’t take them off. They are not too heavy or too hot on your feet-they are very cushy! I got the shadow and they are a nice shade of greenish brown. Uggs never let you down! My recent order of Ugg’s La Jolla boot was a good choice. The comfort and look of the boot is great. Was not sure the med width would be snug, but I found it was not at all. I would definitely recommend this boot to anyone. I hesitated over price but felt I made a wise choice. UGGs La Jolla - This is the ‘absolutist’ cutest boot I have ever seen. It will be the most comfortable too, as soon as I get the size I should’ve ordered. It runs smaller than other classic type UGGS so order up a half or whole size if you are a half size or are at the upper limit on your ‘real’ size. UGGS rule for style and comfort…and warmth.

Great shoe! I bought my daughter this shoe in the Shadow color. She loved them, as I did the cork shade. The shoe fits very comfortably & even though they suggest wearing them without socks, to keep them smelling nice, I will wear them with a thin sock. You will love these shoes. Love these boots - I kept seeing these boots in stores and every time I would think about buying them because they are so cute. Finally I ordered them from Zappos (of course) and I really love them. Unlike most UGGs, they don’t have a shearling footbed, but I always wear socks anyway. I’m usually a size 8.5, but the 8s were too small so I got the size 9s and they’re great with socks. CUTE & COMFY - Gotta love these. I have the tall ones and I constantly get compliments on them. I got these in the smoke color frankly because it was the only color available in my size. It’s much better than I thought sort of grayish beige. But they are great with skirts and pants when you want to show more leg. My only caveat is that they are not as warm as the tall boots because they are shorter and the air can get in. That said they are still warmer than most shoes. Love them! FYI: I normally wear a 7.5 but I buy Uggs in a 7, I think they run large.

Love them! I just bought these and am already in love. First of all - I ordered them on Friday afternoon from Zappos and received them on Monday! Awesome. I have found them to be true to fit - I wear 7.5 in regular shoes so I always get 8’s for boots and these fit great. The toe box is really nice and roomy and they are so comfortable. I may just have to order another pair! Awesome boot! These are my second pair of Uggs, and I love them! I have them in Cork, which goes well with my jeans, as well as my brown cords, and they are quite comfy. I teach, and therefore stand most of the day, and they do not bother my feet, which says a lot. I have gotten many compliments on these, and even though the sheepskin lining doesn’t go all the way down into the shoe like my other Uggs, they have still managed to keep my feet warm.

This is my first pair of UGGS…I live in Texas, but planning a Michigan Christmas–needed boots for the snow! I wore them all day the day I received them, in 60 degrees temperatures (to try them out!), and my feet were sooo comfortable, no sweating! Enjoying them a lot during the latest ice storm! Only problem is my feet slip forward in them and my toes are a bit tender by the end of the day�but they are so comfortable that I will figure out how to curb that! I plan to order other UGG shoes, and use Zappos–they are the best!
Great boot!! Fits true to size - Shadow color is best - I have a 7.5 foot and bought the size 8 thinking it would run a little small. Shoe is true to size and I need to wear a heavier sock. Also ordered the Ugg insert when I want to wear them with thin or no socks. Great in any type of weather. Love the fact that they have some shape so you don’t look like you have elephant ankles. Shadow color goes with everything and adds to uniqueness of boot. La Jolla - Love Love these boot. I was told to order size down but not true for this boot. Please order your regular size. I was very lucky that Zappos had 1 pair left in size 6 shadow color. They are so comfortable and love the way it fits around my ankle. Great support and very stylish. Thank you Zappos. This boot is a keeper.
